You are an experienced IT professional either already working in recruitment or with significant IT sales experience. You are considering a move and understandably want to make the right choice in doing so.

Whilst everyone at Wreay sells for a living, we are not a traditional sales organisation. We expect IT and HR customers to want to buy from us because we understand IT recruitment (be it contract or permanent) and we spend considerable time in front of them individually understanding their recruitment. We then deliver using our knowledge, understanding, tools and salesmanship.

We have been in both the permanent and contract IT recruitment marketplaces for nine years, primarily servicing the global investment banking and investment management sectors, and the technology companies which support them. This is a tough and competitive market sector, but one in which we are very comfortable operating.

Internally, we support our front line people well. We have a ratio of two consultants for each support person, and the qualities and abilities of the support function is very high, and frequently commented on as such by our clients.
